Once a four piece, and now a 2 piece, White Savages drew the attention of Unbuckled Records when Dave first saw them open up for the Guru in a high school cafeteria. The performance is remembered as so raw and unfiltered, that many students ended up leaving in tears. This upset so many members of the community that they were immediately approached to be part of the Unbuckled Records family. On their last show as a band, before taking a brief hiatus, lead singer Matthew Savage was removed from stage by multiple bouncers after tearing up porno-mags and dollar bills and roasting the entire venue and music scene. He has since healed, but we remain scarred for life.
